Our meat was sent to K-State in 2007 and again in 2013. We wanted to see if there were any health benefits that were passed on to our consumers. With the Omega 3 and 6 balance, we found that our minute steak contained less fat than a skinless chicken thigh! The ideal ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 has been said to be 4:1 or lower. We did one better and came in at 3.17 to 1. The results are in! Our ground beef has less cholesterol than grass-fed or grain fed beef. But it doesn't stop there!
